TAP! TAP! Tapenade with Olly's Olives!


2 x Pockets of Olly’s Olives Lemon and Garlic

1 x Clove of garlic

5 x Teaspoons of capers

2 x Big glugs of olive oil

Juice and rind of half a lemon

Fresh parsley

Salt & pepper

Chilli flakes (Optional)


This recipe uses fresh raw ingredients and is a simple but super tasty dip to bring out as a show stopper with friends.

Finely chop or blend up your olives, capers, parsley and garlic. When blending, to keep the texture chunky simply pulse the blender a few times and make sure to add your olive oil before. If chopping, put all ingredients into a bowl and stir through with olive oil.

Finely grate your lemon rind and squeeze the juice into the mix. Add salt and pepper to taste and however much chilli you fancy!

Once done, decant into a serving bowl and drizzle on a little more olive oil and garnish with fresh parsley.

Perfect dip to have with pitta chips!
