Quattro Formaggi Loaded Pitta Chips

Sweet dreams are made of cheeeeeze!


Ingredients:

Mozzarella

Red Leicester

Blue Cheese

Camembert

Garlic

Fresh Rosemary

Soffle's Pitta Chips


Method:

Start by scoring you camembert in a cross hatch pattern. Stuff inside your garlic cloves and some fresh sprigs of rosemary. Drizzle with a little olive oil and honey and sprinkle with salt pop into and oven on a medium heat for approx 15mins.


Grab a baking tray line it with pitta chips leaving a space in the centre to place your camembert. Sprinkle grated mozzarella, Red Leicester & blue cheese all over your chips.


Place your tray under a grill on a high heat for a few mins, until the cheese starts to bubble, melt and become gooey. Your cheesy nachos are ready once the cheese has started to brown.


Remove from the oven and enjoy this cheesey treat with friends!
