Quattro Formaggi Loaded Pitta Chips

Sweet dreams are made of cheeeeeze!


100g Mozzarella

100g Red Leicester

50g Blue Cheese

1 Camembert

3 Garlic Cloves

5 Sprigs of Fresh Rosemary

Soffle's Pitta Chips (165g)

1 tsp Olive Oil

1tsp Honey

Salt & Peper


Start by scoring you camembert in a cross hatch pattern. Stuff with your garlic cloves and some fresh sprigs of rosemary. Drizzle with a little olive oil and honey and sprinkle with salt pop into and oven on a medium heat for approx 15mins.

Grab a baking tray line it with pitta chips leaving a space in the centre to place your camembert. Sprinkle grated mozzarella, Red Leicester & blue cheese all over your chips. Leave no chip unsprinkled.

Place your tray under a grill on a high heat for a few mins, until the cheese starts to bubble, melt and become gooey. Your cheesy nachos are ready once the cheese has started to brown.

Remove from the oven and enjoy this cheesey treat with friends!
