This delightful Italia plate is all about the juices and flavours soaking into the pitta chips. We’re talking fresh Tomatoes, the best Olive Oil, and not just any Burrata the creamiest of Burrata, this combination with Basil, seasoning, and Sundried Tomato Chips is an absolute taste sensation that we go as far to say it’s our FAV dish yet! The Simplicity of this dish just adds to it’s wonderfulness and being in the sun is the perfect way to enjoy this dish.

We are all about simplicity and deliciousness and this recipe certainly ticks both!


Ingredients: M & S Burrata, Odysea Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Soffle's Sundried Tomato and Basil Pitta Chips, Baby Plum Tomatoes, Sea Salt + Pepper

SHAKE the pitta chips onto your plate.

How to: Roughly CHOP your Tomatoes and TEAR your Burrata so it's evenly placed on the pitta chips.

Sprinkle the Basil leaves and then a few GLUGS of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and seasoning.
