SALES REPRESENTATIVE REQUIRED (pls apply!)

Soffles are a  unique brand of all natural pitta chips made to have with friends alongside beers and dips. Find them behind the bar at the best pubs and breweries, or on the shelves at select Waitrose, Co-op, Whole foods Market & Ocado. We are currently looking for a sales assistant to join our small team. We are looking for someone who is highly organised and motivated! We want you to bring your enthusiasm and strategic thinking to Soffles and become fully involved in our business.

Your roles will include:

  • Account managing, keeping relationships with our current and new stockists.

  • Sourcing new customers across a range of sectors.

  • Meeting customers in a variety of ways by building relationships through a direct approach, the events that we are part of and generally wherever you can see an opportunity. As events  are a big part of our business it would be great to get you involved in these with a sales focus from you.

  • Reporting on sales activity, providing data for monthly sales meetings.

  • Working directly with our Wholesalers.

  • Sources new sales opportunities in existing and new wholesale accounts

  • Build relationships with decision makers in accounts and maintain regular contact with them via meetings/phone/email .

  • Constantly seeks opportunities to introduce accounts to additional products.

  • Analyse  sales data to help identify new opportunities

  • Tracks account inactivity and follows up 

  • Provides feedback to a brand if a customer stops ordering their product

  • Creates and executes promotion and sales blitzes to drive incremental revenue 

  • Process sales enquiries about becoming a new customer, sending out samples and assisting new customers with placing their first order.

  • A spreadsheet and data fan, the sort of person who would never leave a column in a spreadsheet empty!

  • Good at planning, being organised with the ability to work independently, reporting progress and working for the future.

  • Work well and enjoy being part of a small team.

  • Persistent and savvy.

  • Excellent telephone manner.

Office base in Seven sisters (Victoria Line) Tottenham, great shared office environment with other small businesses, bar/cafe, brewery, music venue.

Salary will depend on part-time or full time employment and current experience. Commission on all your sales will  be included on a monthly basis alongside your salary and travel. There is a huge opportunity in regular salary increases if you are able to achieve the sales required.

Hours: 30 - 40 per week Full-time or  Part-time / Permanent
